SIZING

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO PURCHASE?

We are always here to help find the perfect size for your pet.

We recommend measuring your pets to find the perfect fit and comparing this to our 'size guide'.

The neck measurement can be found by measuring around where your pets collar usualy sits.

The chest measurement can be found by measuring the widest part behind your dogs front legs.

Please keep in mind our size guide is a guide only. Your dogs fur type, length and chest size/width need to be considered when choosing the perfect size.

What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?

At present, we only support PayPal payment, and we will open more payment methods in the future to facilitate customer payments.

RETURN POLICY

Can I request a refund or return if there is a slight color difference between the goods and the pictures?

When taking pictures, cameras and other photography equipment can to some extent affect the color of the products presented in the pictures. This is a normal optical error, so we do not accept returns or refunds based on this reason.

Can I return and refund the goods if I am not satisfied with their style?

Sorry, due to the special nature of pet clothing and the potential risk of skin diseases and other bacterial infections, refunds and returns will not be allowed unless there are serious quality issues. Therefore, please confirm the style and size before placing the order.
